  • Pricing:  Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honored.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Braids by Swaykenn. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange policy:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns or exchanges are accepted if deemed to be defective by merchant. An email must be sent within 5 days from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened hair products or items marked as final sale, may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Bbshaircare1@gmail.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to send back the item(s).
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued once the returned products are inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
