BBS Haircare(Braids by Swaykenn Haircare) is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders. Any customer error (incorrect addresses or refused/undeliverable orders) will be the customer’s responsibility. If this issue occurs, please contact USPS/UPS with any questions or concerns, once tracking information is provided to you.
Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days after processing. You will receive tracking updates via the email you provided.
Please provide an accurate mailing address as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays. Delays are out of our control.
