REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your purchases and support! We strive to satisfy all customers with high quality products and good business. 

No refunds or exchanges will be made to any product unless product is deemed to be defective by the merchant. 

If products are defective, an email must be sent to bbshaircare1@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving product. To qualify for a return, Products must be unused and returned in the same packaging. 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase, and will be shipped out accordingly. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at bbshaircare1@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that BBS Haircare(Braids by Swaykenn Haircare) is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders. Any customer error (incorrect addresses or refused/undeliverable orders) will be the customer’s responsibility. If this issue occurs, please contact USPS/UPS with any questions or concerns, once tracking information is provided to you.

Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days after processing. You will receive tracking updates via the email you provided. 

 

Please provide an accurate mailing address as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

 

We are not responsible for any delivery delays. Delays are out of our control.

 

This policy is strictly enforced and not open to negotiation. By placing an order, you are acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
